The development of a wayfinding masterplan for Maymont is essential in providing a pleasurable visitor experience.

New welcome plazas will be located at the three entrances to the estate and will provide an overview of the history of Maymont, what the estate has to offer and establish orientation for the visitor. Interpretive and direction signage will be located throughout the estate and aim to be discrete in the landscape, allowing the natural beauty of the estate to remain at the forefront.
